Procurement and Project Management

The key equipment for for large facilities may include turbines, generators, pumps, gates or valves. We provide support through the entire procurement installation process including:

Review and comparison of available products and equipment suppliers to best match needs of the project.
Preparation of technical specification documents to provide benchmark performance criteria for a competitive procurement process.
Lead competitive tender process and review of supplier bids to identify preferred equipment supply configuration(s) that will provide best value.
Review of supplier documentation for conformance with specifications.
Oversight of manufacturing and installation process, including Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT) and installation field reviews.
